The Q8 Taxi smartphone app offers a convenient and secure way to hail a taxi ride in Kuwait. Simply select your pick-up and drop-off locations, and with a tap of a button, request a taxi. From there, you can sit back and relax until the taxi arrives. The app allows you to track the location of the requested taxi and even communicate with the driver, eliminating the need for fare negotiation.
Here are some key features of the Q8 Taxi app:

<li>Pick-up Location: Easily select your current location or choose a different one by using the locator.</li>
<li>Drop-off Location: Begin typing the first few letters of your desired drop-off location and choose from the suggested options.</li>
<li>Taxi Availability: View the number of available taxis in your area and get an estimated arrival time for the nearest one.</li>
<li>Know Your Driver: The app provides you with a photograph and driver details once your trip is confirmed.</li>
<li>Fare Meter: A GPS-based meter calculates the distance traveled and fare for your ride.</li>
<li>Track Your Taxi: Real-time tracking allows you to monitor your taxi's location and the shortest route to your destination.</li>
<li>E-Receipt: Payment receipts are conveniently sent to your email.</li>
<li>Ride History: Keep track of your past rides and payments.</li>
<li>Driver Rating: Rate the quality of each ride.</li>
<li>Customer Service: Tap on the customer support button to reach our 24/7 customer support center.</li>
</ul>
To sign in to the app, simply provide your mobile number. The system will generate a one-time password (OTP) and send it to your registered mobile number via SMS. Once you successfully verify the OTP, you can start using the Q8 Taxi app.
